D & L Macleod began in 2018 after working in my father's electrical company for 25 years. I served my trade there, attended Clydebank College, and passed as an electrician. Through those years, I had the opportunity to learn domestic electrical installation work, becoming adept at house rewiring in particular. I also learned how to run projects and, very importantly, customer care and relations.
After starting my own company, I quickly joined SELECT, which helped expand the business, hiring two electricians and apprentices.
With this added experience and staffing, we now cover everything from basic domestic installations and alteration through rewiring and new build and commercial and industrial facilities.
As a member of SELECT, we work to a high standard covered by their training structure, and all our operatives are SJIB gold card holders.
We work closely with numerous builders in the area and are used to finishing work within an agreed timeframe.
Based in Croftamie, Drymen, we cover the central belt of Scotland and have contracts open with companies such as Strathclyde University (Ross Priory), Hanover Housing Scotland, Endrick Landscapes Ltd, W&A Scott Ltd, to name a few.
